The Fir Infared Ray Pad (FIR pad) heats up to 130 degrees but can be used at a lower heat with benefits. The pad emits 2-3 microns of infrared, the dome emits 9-11 which can detox heavy metals, help with asthma, arthritis, cancer and more. Read about specific ailments treated with the FIR pad here.
